Please arrive with hair as clean as possible and detangled! Yes you will be shampooed and conditioned at your appointment, but hair should not be matted. If detangling service is needed please book.

Relaxer and Color Services- "DO NOT WASH OR SCRATCH SCALP AT LEAST TWO DAYS PRIOR TO SERVICE!!"

Required at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or no shows will result if a fee. If fee is not paid no future bookings will be allowed.

Same day appointments may be requested. Text must be received at 8:30 am. These are limited slots and are only for established clients that are seen at least with in a 6 week period. It is highly recommend to book in advance.
